1. Purpose of the App

Show Up LIve is a mobile application designed to enhance live events by allowing the audience to interact in a playful and engaging way with the content being broadcast.

2. Access to the App

Access to the app is free, provided the user has a compatible smartphone, an internet connection, and downloads it from an official platform App Store and Google Play.

3. User Account

No personal account creation is required at this stage. However, the user may be asked to grant specific permissions (e.g., notifications, microphone access) for certain features.

4. User Commitments

The user agrees to:

• Use the app in accordance with its intended purpose.

Not interfere with its technical functionality.

Respect the rights of other participants during events.

5. User Responsibility 

Physical Use of the App

Using Show Up LIve may involve physical gestures, movements, or interactions (e.g., raising the phone, shaking it, tapping rapidly, etc.).

As such, the user is solely responsible for how they use their phone while using the app.

Any material damage (e.g., dropped phone, broken screen);

Any injury caused to oneself or others during the use of the app;

Any inappropriate use of the app resulting in an accident or incident.

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their surroundings and safety (as well as that of others) when using the app, especially in public or moving environments.

Warning – Use of Flash

Some animations in the app may trigger your phone’s flash.
This feature may not be suitable for individuals sensitive to light (e.g., photosensitive epilepsy, visual disorders, etc.).
We recommend using this option with care or disabling it in your phone’s settings if needed.
Show Up Live cannot be held liable for any reaction or adverse effect related to the activation of the flash.

6. Limitation of Liability

The company does not guarantee that the app will be free from bugs, errors, or service interruptions. The app is provided “as is,” without any guarantee of permanent availability.

Under no circumstances shall Show Up LIve be held liable for indirect losses or material or immaterial damages resulting from the use of the app.

7. Personal Data

No personal data is collected without explicit consent. Any data that may be collected (e.g., device type, usage statistics) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy..

8. Intellectual Property

All content and technical elements of the application are the exclusive property of Show Up LIve or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Changes to the Terms

Show Up LIve reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. In the event of changes, users will be notified through the app or via theApp Store and Google Play.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
